Topic: ADMIRALTY COURT SYSTEM OF THE RUSIIAN FEDERATION(俄罗斯联邦的海事法院体系)
This lecture will start from an introduction of the judicial system of the Russian Federation in general. Then specific attention will be put on the hearing of admiralty cases, State arbitrazh courts and the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. There will be also an analysis on main legislative acts currently existing in the Russian Federation to regulate judicial protection and court procedures on maritime disputes. Discussion on the particular cases will be included in the case study part of the lecture.
