From June 16 to July 6, 2019, 35 teachers and students from the University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and University of Macao completed a 21-day summer program in maritime studies at the Dalian Maritime University (DMU) . The Law School of DMU has compiled a video clip, recording the rememberable summer days that the young students from Hong Kong and Macao have had in the city of "Northern Hong Kong". We believe that farewells to DMU today will see more connections with DMU in the future!
This teacher-student exchange program organized by DMU originated from the cooperation and exchange between DMU and the University of Hong Kong with the support of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government since 2008. In 2013, the program was included in the first group of projects funded by the Ministry of Education. Up to now, more than 470 teachers and students from six universities in Hong Kong and Macao have participated in the summer program held by DMU.
