Civil and Commercial Law: main research directions are Chinese Civil Law and Chinese Commercial Law
Environmental and Resources Protection Law: main research directions are Legislation in civil liability of marine environmental pollution, Water Environmental and Resources Protection Law
Criminal Law: main research directions are International Criminal Law and Chinese Criminal Law
Constitutional Jurisprudence and Administrative Law: Administrative Law and Constitutional Jurisprudence
Theoretical Jurisprudence: main research direction is Nomology
Procedural Law: main research direction is Procedural Law
Juris Master
Juris Master (JM) adopts two teaching methods: Full Time (FT) education and Part Time (PT) education. Specifically, FT requires 2 to 3 years, while PT cannot be more than 4 years. In terms of teaching, JM is based on classroom teaching, case teaching being the keynote, and emphasizes the cultivation of practical ability at the same time.

Ph. D.
Law School of Dalian Maritime University owns doctoral degree granting in International Law and Law Postdoctoral Research Station. It has PHD courses in Maritime Law, International Economic Law, International Private Law, International Public Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, etc. There are great supervisors in each research direction leading doctoral students to carry on intensive study of law issues.
