It has been nearly 26 years since the implementation of the Maritime Code of the People’s Republic of China (CMC). In order to respond to to the needs of international shipping, the Chinese Government has initiated the revision procedure of CMC. In order to cooperate with the revision work and absorb the wisdom of experts and scholars at home and abroad, the editorial board of Chinese Journal of Maritime Law has the pleasure of inviting you to present your opinions and suggestions on the revision of CMC. The journal welcomes papers in Chinese or English with a length of more than 20,000 words. The remuneration will be paid in accordance with the regulations of the editorial board after publication. English papers will be translated into Chinese by the editorial board.
