Emerging technologies have increasingly highlighted strategy effect on survival and development of enterprises, management and protection of intellectual property has become to be sharp weapon for enterprises developing global industrial chain from low-end to high-end. Focus on reality, while companies learn to use the intellectual property system to win market competitiveness, they encounter a variety of legal confusion which become serious obstacle to further development of enterprises. In order to improve awareness and responding capability of intellectual property, ‘Training course about dilemma and countermeasure of enterprise intellectual property’ will be jointly organized by Dalian IP office and intellectual property institute of Dalian Maritime University. Ma Weiye, Director of SIPO patent management division and Professor Huang Yuye, director of intellectual property center from Zhongnan University was invited for the training course. Other training courses will be borne by the teachers of intellectual property institute from Dalian Maritime University. Certificates will be presented to all participants at the end of the training. All the school teachers and students are welcomed to attend.
