Theory and Practice of Fulfilling Contract Seminar ( hosted by Chinese Civil Law Research Association)
Introduction:
Theory and Practice of Fulfilling Contract Seminar, hosted by Chinese Civil Law Research Association and undertaken by Civil and Commercial Law Institute of DMU, will be held on 8th Nov in Room 611 of Students’ Activity Center. Aeon Life Insurance Stock Company Ltd, Liaoning Hengxin Law Firm and Law School of DMU are the assistant organizers.

Professor Pan Xinxiang, vice president of DMU, a specialist and scholar of Chinese Civil Law Research Association and Commercial Law Research Association;
Zhou Yan, president of Dalian Intermediate People's Court;
Liu Xiaobin, director of Dalian Standing Committee Legislative Affairs Commission;
Xu Wen, director of Dalian Arbitration Commission;
Professor Ding Hui, dean of Law School of Liaoning Normal University;
Scholars from Renmin University of China, Tsinghua University, Peking University and China University of Political Science and Law, etc.
Speaker:
The opening ceremony of seminar will be presided over by Zhai Yunling, professor of DMU and standing director of Chinese Civil Law Research Association. Pan Xinxiang, Zhou Yan and Guo Mingrui, vice chairman of Chinese Civil Law Research Association and former president of Yantai University will address the meeting respectively.
The seminar will be divided into two units. The first unit will be presided over by Cui Jianyuan, professor of Law School of Tsinghua University and vice chairman of Chinese Civil Law Research Association, and Liu Xiangkai, professor of Law School of Peking University and vice chairman of Chinese Commercial Law Research Association. The second unit will be presided over by Professor Yang Lixin, vice chairman of Chinese Civil Law Research Association and director of Civil and Commercial Law Research Center of Renmin University of China, and Ye Lin, professor of Law School of Renmin University of China and vice chairman of Chinese Commercial Law Research Association. Professor Wang Yi, general secretary of Chinese Civil Law Research Association will give a summary talk at the end of the seminar.
