Education Activities on CQ: Meeting of Maritime Law Practice Experience Exchange

Introduction:

In order to improve the career quotient (CQ) of students in Law School, and develop students’ occupation competency, Law School has been planning a series of education activities on CQ since last year. The activities come back this year!

Speaker:

As invited by Law School, Sun Jianming is going to share his experience with us. Sun Jianming, general manager of Qingdao Jianming Maritime Advisory Services Ltd, admiralty lawyer, and maritime disputes handling expert, with a high reputation in the profession.

Contents:

Mr. Sun has been engaged in this profession for nearly 20 years. Firstly, he will tell about his own experiences during the 20 years. Then, he is going to introduce handling mode of domestic maritime business and usual process of dealing with maritime cases at present. He will also analyze the status of shipping enterprises and the development of shipping market, and give suggestions on job selection thereby.
