About the speaker:
Filippo Lorenzon is Chair of Maritime and Commercial Law in the Faculty of Law of Dalian Maritime University and a former Director of the Institute of Maritime Law of the University of Southampton. He is fully qualified as an Avvocato in Italy and as a Solicitor in England and Wales with more than twenty year’s experience working with leading maritime and commercial law firms in Italy and London and is now a Consultant with Campbell Johnston Clark Ltd in the City. He has published numerous books and articles on carriage of goods by sea and international trade including the sixth edition of C.I.F. and F.O.B. Contracts (Sweet & Maxwell, 2017), and the second edition of his treatise on The Law of Yachts and Yachting, co-authored with Richard Coles (Taylor & Francis, 2018).
